The website lizcombdon.com (hereinafter “Website”) and any content therein (defined below) is owned and operated by Elizabeth Combdon of Pure Harmony Holistics (hereinafter “we” “us” “our” “company”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Website and all services (the “Services”) operated by Elizabeth Combdon and/or Pure Harmony Holistics.

By accessing or using the Site and/or Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Site and/or Services. Your access to and use of the Site and/or Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Site and/or Services.

Spa Etiquette

  1. Our spa space is a peanut-free environment. We ask you refrain from bringing any peanut products onsite.
  2. With respect to those sensitive to scents, please refrain from using strong scents. All oils that we use are 100% pure and ethically sourced. These types of oils minimize the impact to those with sensitivities. If you have an allergy, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  3. First visit? Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to have time to fill out the waiver prior to your scheduled appointment.
  4. In respect for public health, please refrain from booking an appointment if you are in the contagious stage of an illness.  
  5. For your health and safely we ask that alcohol not be consumed before or after your treatment.
  6. We require 24 hour notice to change or cancel any appointments. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the value of the treatment in the case of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24-hour notice.
  7. Please turn off your cell phone and refrain from loud conversation to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests.
  8. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies, including pregnancy so we can adjust the treatment for your maximum safety and enjoyment.
  9. Our professional therapists are trained in modesty draping to ensure your privacy during the session. If you prefer to keep your underwear on, please do. Your comfort is paramount.
  10. Pure Harmony Holistics is unable to offer aesthetic spa services to anyone under the age of 12 years. Please note that children of any age may not accompany parents in the Spa unless they are booked for a service.
  11. Pure Harmony Holistics is pleased to offer relaxation massage to clients 16 years of age and older. A parent or guardian is required to sign a consent form for massage service guests under the age of 18.
  12. Please note that our prices do not include taxes or gratuities and are subject to change without notice.
  13. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time. Late arrival of 15 minutes or more will be considered a no-show and cancellation charges may/will apply.

Limitation Of Liability

  1. Elizabeth Combdon and/or Pure Harmony Holistics, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, economic loss, loss or damage to electronic media or data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Site and/or Service; (ii) your inability to access or use the Site and/or Service; (iii) any conduct or content of any third-party on or related to the Site and/or Service; (iiv) any content obtained from or through the Site and/or Service; and (v) the unauthorized access to, use of or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other claim in law, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

  4. You, the Client, understand that any services you have scheduled with Pure Harmony Holistics or its practitioners may carry a risk of injury. You recognize that as a result of these services, unpredictable side effects may occur, including, but not limited to, redness of the skin, inflammation, feelings of light headedness, irritation of the skin, blood pressure changes, and allergic reactions. You expressly assume all risks to your self associated with any service offered by Us, and waive any claim which you might otherwise bring against Pure Harmony Holistics, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, or contractors as a result of injuries resulting from or relating to your participation in one or more of our services. You understand that a medical evaluation is advisable before commencing any service. You will continue to keep Pure Harmony Holistics informed of any medical problems or change in your physical condition which may affect services that you have scheduled. You acknowledge that neither Pure Harmony Holistics, nor its employees are engaged in diagnosing or treating medical diseases or conditions. Pure Harmony Holistics will not tolerate any inappropriate acts. You understand that your session will be terminated due to any form of inappropriate behaviour. We are committed to professionalism and expect the same from you, our clients. 
  5. You understand that massage services are provided for stress reduction and relaxation. You understand that the services offered are not a substitute for medical care. You understand that your technician is not qualified to diagnose or treat any condition. If you experience pain or discomfort during the session, you will immediately inform your technician so that the service can be adjusted to your level of comfort or terminated. You will not hold your technician or the Company responsible for any pain or discomfort you experience during or after the session.

We reserve our right to make any changes or updates at any time, and the burden is on the user to routinely check these Terms & Conditions for updates.
